You might have made the resolution to join a gym but it's time to give those little grey cells a post festive workout.
As an added incentive Ian may be wearing a sparkly jacket!
Teams of up to 6 and it costs £3 per person - but there are prizes...
Bring your own drinks and nibbles and those chocolates you didn't want anyway.
